Check your regular inbox and spam folder for an email from webinars@bigmarker.com. For live webinar events, emails are sent the date of registration, one day prior to the webinar, and 2 hours prior to the webinar.
To prevent additional emails from being directed to spam or junk, we strongly recommend adding BigMarker as an allowed email contact (this is also called “whitelisting”). Yes, you can view webinars as many times as you wish. You can stop and restart, pause, or rewind to any point in the video you wish to see again.
Sign into your on-demand account here, and select the course. The materials are always included as part of the REPLAY course.
All LIVE webinars offer NASBA CPE for CPAs and most also qualify for IRS CE for EAs (as marked – practice management does not qualify, for example). Compass Tax Educators is also registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to provide CPE to Texas CPAs.
Your Dashboard contains all your REPLAY (from LIVE webinars you attended) and on-demand courses (from those you missed or that you purchased). If you are a PASSholder, courses remain in your Dashboard until we retire them from our library. Generally courses are available for three years from the original recording date unless a law change prevents us from keeping them in our on-demand library. If you purchase a course independent of the PASS, it remains on your Dashboard for one year.
